Merry Christmas everyone! I started decorating early this year for Christmas because… well being a Home Decor Blogger, you kind of have to ha! I LOVE this time of year and of course, my favorite part about Christmas, second to baby Jesus of course, is the decorating! This year I have three trees each with a different theme. Living Room Tour
Welcome to our cozy living room 🙂 I set up our traditional 7.5 tree from Home Depot in this room. I chose to decorate our living room in more neutral colors and then gave it festive pops of red throughout the space!

Living Room Christmas Tree
Our living room Christmas tree is very traditional and has pops or red and snowflakes. I used really cute red ribbon, a metallic gold ribbon, and white ribbon at Michael’s to try my hand at the ribbon decorating technique used on Kelley Nan’s blog here. I think it turned out pretty good!
The Christmas bulbs on this tree are red, white, and green and I have had them for five years and I still love them. I also added some sparkly winter greenery stems to offset all the plain green branches. These greenery stems have a white sparkle to them that I immediately loved and knew would be fun to add to this tree!

Stockings
While strolling through TJ Maxx I spotted these wooden stocking holders and couldn’t take my eyes off of them! I love the white washed look and star shape. I chose these super soft, neutral stockings because I think they will mesh very nicely with my Christmas decor every year.
Shelf Decor
I also decided to update the shelf decor in my built-ins with a few Christmas touches:

Christmas Cards
Every year after Christmas I take all the Christmas cards I received from family and friends, punch holes in each corner of all the cards and then tie them together with ribbon. I like to set each year of cards on my ottoman for guest to look at!
Nativity Scene
I put my nativity scene on my hearth. My God Father and aunt gave me this beautiful nativity scene for Christmas when I was 15 years old!! So now that I finally have my own home I get to make it a centerpiece of my Christmas decor 🙂
Railing
My ALL TIME favorite garland is this garland from Michael’s. It is a lighter green and has tiny sparkles! This garland is on my mantel, staircase and the wreath I made in my Simple DIY Wreath post.

Dining Room Tour
Onto my Dining Room! I put what I call our family tree in the dining room. This tree is decorated with ornaments my husband and I have collected over the years that we have been together. We have an ornament for each year we have been married including a diamond ring ornament to represent our engagement year! This tree is full of faux poinsettias and red, green and gold bulbs I bought at Michael’s.
Tablescape
My dining room table is always one of my favorite things to decorate 🙂 I went with the neutral Christmas theme here with pops of gold, silver and red.

Informal Dining Room Tour
Moving onto my final and favorite tree. I have always wanted a flocked tree and finally convinced David we needed one 🙂 I used the ribbon technique I learned from Kelley Nan’s blog with this tree as well along with some champagne colored bulbs. I just love how it glows!

Counter Stools
Lastly, I like to put something festive on my counter stools in the kitchen and this year I chose ribbon and bulbs!
