*Fall is in the air*
I don’t decorate for fall as much I do for Christmas but I still wanted to share my decor with you just incase you need a little inspiration 😉 Fall is my second favorite season (behind summer) so I have really enjoyed taking the last few weeks to decorate my home in those nice cozy fall colors. I hope I can bring some inspiration to you and your home by showing you my fall decorating ideas!
I added some pumpkins and fall florals to the shelves in my built-ins to give the space a more neutral look. I had lots of bright faux plants and blues in the shelves for summer so I knew I needed to tone down those colors.
Throw Pillow Covers
These throw pillow covers are from one of my favorite Etsy Shops: ElemenOPillows. Karen makes high quality and very affordable pillow covers. In my Throw Pillow Inserts 101 blog post I shared with you an easy way to switch out your throw pillows by using covers. Checkout out Karen’s shop here.
I try to keep my countertops simple. So I switched out my summer florals with some fall florals. The pampas grass a sedum stems are real and FREE if you can find them 🙂
I added these fun white maple leaf florals as a centerpiece in my formal dining room. I also added a pop of color with a coral table runner from Pier 1 (so sad they are going out of business!).
My number one tip for decorating for fall: Find FREE florals! Go on the hunt for some pampas grass or sedum stems. I bet you will be surprised by how easy they are to find 🙂
